52nd ANNUAL SINGLES HANDICAP TOURNAMENT (USBC Certified) – 2025 Lakeshore Lanes (12 Lanes/ 36 bowlers), 210 Airport Rd, Shawano, WI 54166 ELIGIBILITY: Wisconsin 600 Club, National 600 Club and USBC adult women. Membership cards will be requested at check-in or scores may be in jeopardy and subject to forfeiture of prize winning if membership not verified. WI State 600 Club membership is available to new WI and non-WI National 600 Club members (include $5.00 life-time membership fee with entry). Non USBC bowlers may enter with payment of USBC Adult Associate membership or $5 tournament only participation fee.
ENTERING AVERAGE: (HIGHEST, in order as listed) – Bowler RESPONSIBLE to SUBMIT & VERIFY CORRECT AVERAGE. 1) Highest USBC 2024-2025 (last season), 21 games minimum. (Note - SPORT League averages will be 2) Highest USBC 2023-2024 (season before last), 21 games minimum. adjusted per USBC current scale) 3) Highest USBC 2025-2026 (current season), 12 games minimum as of participation date (must present verification at check-in). 4) Bowl using Scratch figure of 240 (Division 1). USBC Rule 319a.3 (bowler responsibility for average verification) APPLIES. USBC Rule 319a.2 (10 pin increase provision), USBC Rule 319d (prize winnings reporting), and USBC Rule 319e (average adjustment) DO NOT apply. USBC Youth Average NOT eligible. TARDY players begin play with score to count from frame being bowled, no pins credited for frames missed; no switching events. HANDICAP: 100% of 240 scratch (Singles); 100% of 480 scratch (Doubles). No pin limit. Division I - Singles 170 & over; Doubles 339 & over. Division II – Singles 169 & under; Doubles 338 & under. SUBSTITUTES: State 600 Club Tournament Site NOT RESPONSIBLE for subs. DATES: Saturday & Sunday – Nov 1 & 2; Nov 8 & 9; Nov 15 & 16, Nov 22 & 23; Nov 29 & 30 Opening Ceremonies – 8:15 am – November 1st, 2025 SQUADS: Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 am & 1:00 pm CHECK IN - Minimum 30 minutes prior to Squad. ‘Bowling for score’ begins at Squad time, practice before. Minimum 18 bowlers for a squad RESERVATIONS: OPENING Date – May 19, 2025 Complete paid entries due within 30 days of phone/email reservation. GROUPS of 18 or more: April 21 - April 25, 2025 ~ Test or Email Jennie PLEASE. ***NO EARLY ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED*** AVERAGES DUE July 31, 2025 CLOSING DATE – October 1, 2025 (postmark October 2, 2025 accepted) LATE ENTRIES (after closing date) accepted until November 1, 2025 with additional $5.00 per bowler processing fee, based on availability – Call or text Jennie for squad time and date. EVENTS: Multiple DOUBLES participation allowed with different partners on different squads, no limit ($25.00 each additional entry). FIRST DOUBLES event determines all events for Hdcp and Scratch. Bowl ONCE only in Singles. May bowl SINGLES ONLY or Singles/Doubles on different dates/squads. SCRATCH OPTION using 1st bowled Doubles & Singles Series Scores ENTRY FEES: $25.00 Hdcp SINGLES Event (Prize $10.00; Lineage $12.00; Expense $3.00) $25.00 Hdcp DOUBLES Event (Prize $10.00 Lineage $12.00 Expense $3.00) $5.00 Hdcp All Events (Prize-$5.00) $10.00 Scratch Singles Event (Prize $9.00 Expense $1.00) $10.00 Scratch Doubles Event (Prize $9.00 Expense $1.00) Both bowlers MUST enter scratch doubles event. $5.00 Scratch All Events (Prize $5.00) Note: Anyone entering Doubles must enter and pay for ONE Singles event. Scratch entrants are required to enter the Handicap Tournament. A $1.00 processing fee will be subtracted from each entry refund in the event of entire tournament cancellation. NO REFUNDS after October 1, 2025. Check bearer responsible for non-sufficient fund fees.
PRIZE PURSE return 100%; at least 1:10 payout. A $2.00 processing fee will be subtracted from prize winnings when a replacement check is issued. Address must be included for payout of prize checks.
